My brother, Brett, just graduated from UNK with a degree in Graphic Design.
For his senior show, he designed a product line around a beef company. I helped him make a display case and butcher block for his show.
My oldest brother, Austin, is like a surgeon with a chainsaw and cut six pieces of elm for the butcher block, all 18″X36″X3″, out of some fallen trees from my family’s ranch in Halsey, NE. My Dad welded the base and thankfully put it on casters because it ended up weighing about 300 pounds.
